It supports 2 stage heat and 2 stage cool heat pump configurations, catering to Cooling/Conventional PTAC Units with or without electric heat, as well as Heat Pump PTAC units.
Featuring up to 4 programmable time periods a day, including morning, daytime, evening, and night, or the option for 2 periods - daytime and nighttime, users can easily adjust their comfort levels. The thermostat offers convenient push-button controls for selecting heat, cool, auto, or off modes, along with fan speed settings.
With a large, backlit 4.25" display, temperature limits, and field adjustable calibration, users can ensure precise temperature control within a range of 45°F to 90°F with an accuracy of ±1°F. Additional features include auto changeover, auto daylight savings time adjustment, and a patented thermal intrusion barrier for enhanced performance.
The thermostat is hardwired for reliable connectivity, with an electrical rating of 24 VAC (18-30 VAC) and a maximum load of 1.5 amp per terminal or 3-amp total load. It supports system configurations of 2-stage heat/2-stage cool and measures 4.53" x 4.53". A wiring harness is required for all new thermostat installations, and when used with Amana Through-the-Wall CC model units, the Amana PBTCK01 wiring harness is necessary. This item replaces Amana 2246007 AND 2246008.
